Are you passionate about delivering high standards of food in a busy fast moving kitchen? If so, we are looking for a Sous Chef to join us at the Prince Llewelyn Hotel in Beddgelert. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in preparing and presenting delicious fresh food to all our guests, whilst keeping wastage to a minimum.

You'll have the highest food standards, personal hygiene and be self motivated to work alongside a dynamic and fast paced team.

You must be able to drive with your own transport for this role.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

- Food preparation (and preferably hold a Food Hygiene certificate)
- Cooking freshly ordered dishes
- Menu preparation
- Excellent knowledge of allergens
- Good knowledge of food safety and legislation
- Ensuring a safe working environment

You will lead, motivate and inspire your team and hold accountability for the day to day running of the bar, restaurant and hotel whist being passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will:

- Have supervisor or management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting;
- Own all aspects of people management including performance, training/coaching/mentoring, organising rota's and driving recruitment.
- Be positive, approachable and have a genuine personality with the ability to solve issues 'in the moment' whilst remaining calm and resilient.
- Financial and commercial awareness

- Flexible for weekend working, evenings and bank holidays (they are normal days for us!)

Are you passionate about delivering high standards of cleaning? If so, we are looking for housekeeping team members to join us at the Prince Llewelyn Hotel in Beddgelert. You'll be working hard to ensure the cleanliness standards of this historic building, hallways, bar and seating areas, external areas and rooms are looking their best.

You'll be an early bird and a people person. Part of your role will be serving breakfast to our resident guests as well as local visitors.

You must be able to drive with your own transport due to the hours of work.

The successful candidate will:

- Be of smart appearance and friendly outgoing nature.
- Have high standards of cleanliness with attention to detail
- Able to work between shifts starting between 07:00/10:00 and finishing between 15:30/18:30
- Flexible with working hours
