Mediterranean garlic baked feta (V) (NGO)
A warm creamy and luscious baked feta with bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, herbs with garlic and a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Served with sourdough bread


Smoked mackerel & beetroot salad  (NG)
A delightful medley combining the richness of mackerel, sweetness of beetroot, and creaminess of eggs, perfectly balanced with the tangy kick of capers.


Ham hock terrine
Pressed terrine with slow cooked ham hock, peas, mustard and honey served with a fresh vibrant piccalilli made with golden beetroot


Homemade roasted red pepper & tomato soup (NGO) (VE)
A comforting blend of roasted peppers and sun-kissed tomatoes. Perfect for those who appreciate the heartwarming simplicity of a classic soup, elevated with a touch of homemade sophistication. Served with fresh focaccia.


Welsh baked cheese  (V)
Served warm and gooey and baked with Welsh black butter (a local apple conserve). Enjoy the authentic taste of Wales in every delightful bite, accompanied with crusty bread.

Served with dauphinoise potatoes, baby carrots, honey-glazed parsnips, and green beans. Drizzled with a velvety red wine jus.

Roasted asparagus & beetroot risotto  (VE) (NG)
Complemented by the earthy sweetness of roasted asparagus and the vibrant depth of beetroot.

Herb-crusted cod loin  (NG)
The perfect harmony of flaky cod enhanced by a fragrant herb crust, paired with the rich, vibrant flavours of ratatouille and the zesty kick of pesto.

10oz prime ribeye steak  (NGO)
Served with cherry vine tomatoes, garlic flat mushroom, onion rings and fresh chips. Cooked to your preference and accompanied with either peppercorn sauce, garlic butter or chimichurri sauce.

Creamy chicken with leek and mushroom sauce (NG)
A fresh skin on chicken breast cooked and smothered in a creamy leek and mushroom sauce, served with tenderstem broccoli, mash and red cabbage.

Souvlaki chicken salad  (NG)
Served with fresh herbs, cucumber, pomegranate, garlic yoghurt, red onions with crumbled feta & chimichurri sauce


Mango & passionfruit sorbet (VE) (NG)
A palette cleanser with a duet of passion fruit and mango

A homemade vegan meringue topped with fresh raspberries and blackberries, vegan cream with a raspberry coulis

New Year Itinerary


We'll welcome you in from the cold where our doors will open for the evening. Arrival drinks await you and canapés are circulated. It is your chance to mingle and get acquainted with your fellow party goers.

18:30 - 19:30

Your four-course dinner commences with the backdrop of acoustic background music. This is your chance to enter some rivalry with your fellow party guests as you self-complete a table quiz to win a bottle of champagne.

20:30 - 23:45

You will be entertained with Coastline, an acoustic band whilst meals are completed.

23:45 - 00:00

The party moves outside to enjoy the Beddgelert New Year celebrations, organised by the Beddgelert New Year committee. Final goodbyes and departing with a celebratory glass of fizz to toast in the New Year.
