The Prince Llewelyn Hotel in the heart of the picturesque village of Beddgelert are delighted to present our specially curated Christmas 2024.
Whether you’re joining us for a cosy dinner with loved ones or a larger festive gathering, we are committed to making your festive season memorable. We have dedicated party nights arranged, or you can curate your own intimate gathering for friends, family or colleagues with a private party or simply enjoy a festive meal with us.
Traditionalists will find comfort in classic dishes like roast turkey, while those seeking something a little different might enjoy our innovative seasonal specials. Whether you’re a local resident or visiting from afar, we look forward to welcoming you and sharing the joy of the season.

We welcome private group bookings from 15 to 42 people in our garden room.

For private group bookings, our garden room is £45 per adult (£35 per child under 12). Private bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20% with final payment and menu choices within 14 days of the booked date.

look no further. Spaces are limited on our party nights, so be sure to reserve your table early to avoid disappointment. Party night bookings can be made on our website.


An evening with The Royal Serenity
We have curated two exclusive dates hosted by North Wales drag queen, The Royal Serenity who will ensure a fabulous evening of
fun, laughter and dancing as they take to the DJ decks too!


Our pre-planned party nights include:

We only have two dates available for our Christmas Parties. Saturday 07 December 2024 and Saturday 14 December 2024. Bookings strictly by table only.

Mushroom & Crumbly Blue Arancini     (VE) (NG)
Cooked risotto rice, mushrooms and coconut oil-based vegan alternative to blue cheese, in a gluten free crumb.

Spiced Parsnip & Apple Soup     
(VE) (NGO)
A delicious soup perfectly combines tangy cooking apples and the sweetness from parsnips. Served with warm ciabatta.
NGO – Non -gluten roll available


Smoked Mackerel Paté     (NGO)
A smooth pate made with smoked mackerel, lemon, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Served with sourdough toast and cucumber relish.
NGO – Toasted gluten free bread  available


Korean Gochujang Chicken Wings     (NG)
Perfectly baked chicken wings which have been tossed in a spicy sauce! Sprinkled with spring onions and sesame with an Asian slaw.

Roast Turkey Roulade     (NG)
Turkey fillet with a pork and sage & onion stuffing, wrapped in a smoked streaky bacon. Served with festive roasted vegetables, roast potatoes and gravy.


Welsh lamb rump     (NG)
Pan fried lamb rump, roasted asparagus & courgette with pine nuts and garlic. Served with parmesan sweet potato mash and drizzled with a minted red wine jus.

Lemon & Herb Salmon
An oven baked salmon fillet coated with a lemon and herb crust, served with buttered greens and new potatoes and a herb oil dressing.


Cumin Butternut Squash & Lentil Wellington     (VE)
Butternut squash & lentils wrapped in filo pastry & topped with paprika, onion seeds and parsley. Served with greens, roasted potatoes and gravy.

DESSERTS

Red berry & gin cheesecake      (V)
A crunchy biscuit base topped with layers of mascarpone cream cheese, gin & raspberry soaked sponge & decorated with raspberries, redcurrants & dusted with sweet snow.


Chocolate fondant     (NG) (V)
Warm chocolate cake with a flowing centre. Served with a chocolate brownie ice cream.


Christmas pudding     (VEO)
A moist Christmas pudding with juicy sultanas , cider and rum with crème anglaise.
VEO – Remove the crème anglaise


Cassis Mousse Crumble     (VE)
Plant based blackcurrant mousse from real fruit purée on a speculoos crumble, finished with a shiny blackcurrant glaze.
